Two Marine Berths
Marine Berths #7 and #8, in new 40-berth private marina, Masset, BC
Each berth is 3 m wide and 10 m long.
Our marine berths are primarily for the benefit of our lodging guests and if the marine berth is not used by our guests, then we are pleased to rent to 3rd parties.
There is a small weekly charge to our lodging guests to offset our expenses during high season, June to August. Rates for each berth are shown below.

We only rent by the week, consequently if you occupy the berth for any time less than a week, then you will be charged for the entire week. Unauthorized use of marine berths is at double the above rates.
We have experienced excessive unauthorized 3rd party use, off season September through May, and we have adjusted our rates accordingly to discourage unauthorized use.
